Notes from a {prole} writer in Minneapolis

1/19/26

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. day. I’ll be jamming out to “Peacemaker Die” by Extreme today.

The wind is blowing cold. Perhaps heralding something-wicked-this-way-comes. The onslaught of new information overload can rub the mind raw. My body is holding up still—so far.

The word is that the epstein pedo regime are sending in the national guard to restore order, which is flimsy code for: Crush all dissent. I have a dream that these societal collapses stop repeating themselves. I did nothing wrong. Why target me and my friends?

I’ve been summing up my dream accomplishments in this life lately; I was born an accident. A Native American without a tribe until my uncle (RIP) enrolled me into my patrilineal tribe while being raised in a matrilineal tribe that didn’t want me. I have been poor all my life, like Lemmy: born to lose, and destined for early death or jail.

But I accomplished quite a bit. I played my guitar opening for Slayer, Dillinger Escape Plan and many other National acts. I was an active member in the music scene, did some cool plays in college, overcame addiction, and finally wrote a book and a second one is almost done. Both books contain my life path and the people that have graced me with their presence, good and bad.

I was hoping to accomplish a national tour, a prime slot at Donington Park, make a movie, and reality-bending sex with my soulmate.

Alas, I just have to look at the cons of those dreams as a bitter pill: Tours suck big time, big festival shows are a nightmare, everybody streams, real sex is kinda lousy and is never “perfect.” ;-)

But I’m satisfied with my life. I finally found love for myself and everything else is bonus, or with more countenance and prose: the sweet nectar of life. I don’t mind paying fifty bucks for a good meal and tipping twenty nowadays, and a drive around Minneapolis fills my soul.

So, before I get unalived or captured I need to finish the second audiobook, do the artwork, program the ebook version and I’ll set a release date, but if one of my true friends gets a large .epub file or .xdoc file from me, then I got taken to Snelling or unalived.

We have to fight for the kids! They deserve a good ride through this life with dignity like I have. Let’s have hope and work for that!

But, back to work for me. I’ve been waiting for a truck driver to arrive at my stop as I wrote this blog. So give a shout out to a truck driver today. They are the lifeblood of America too!
