JANUARY 23: DAY OF TRUTH & FREEDOM!

No work, school, or shopping!

I just talked with one of my buddies out in the trade. Today, his Union is voting on a “pretty good” contract. Cool NW Camden guy. He’s been working at his company for over 21 years. He wasn’t looking forward to driving all the way to the building from his route, but with what’s at stake, do the duty, I said.

Hopefully it’s not the last Union contract to be negotiated in this country that is spiraling into fascism.

I appreciate the messages I’ve gotten from my dear friends that have wished me well during this violent occupation of Minneapolis. I don’t have any regrets about moving here 5 months ago. It was in the cards AND I knew that ice(aka epstein’s eunichs) were inevitably coming to ruin everything. But the move has rejuvenated my soul as I have met so many people and learn something new every day.

I went to the Powwow Grounds to get my tribal ID picture taken. It was good to smell the fire, the food, and the roasted coffee. The laughter, the kinship, the conversation:

Me-“My auntie is a member of the council!”

Field officer-“Oh really? I love her! That cowgirl!”

Warms the soul.

I don’t need anymore negativity in my life. I have plenty of good things to look for in this world.

Ya know, I’ve been thinking and talking like a deadman walking. Perhaps I am. So with that—I am cutting loose all the fucking maga pestilence from my socials today. I won’t give you the pleasure of my light.

I admit, I kept them around for my own entertainment and for story ideas—but like the walking bag of shit and rot they all worship, may they rot the same way.;-)
